Lemon Tree Hotels gains on signing new property in Udaipur



Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 114.35, up by 0.45 points or 0.40% from its previous closing of Rs. 113.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 115.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 115.40 and Rs. 112.45 respectively. So far 29026 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 158.05 on 06-May-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 100.75 on 26-Oct-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 120.50 and Rs. 112.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 9023.69 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.80%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 42.81% and 34.39% respectively.

Lemon Tree Hotels has signed new property in Udaipur. The property, which shall be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, is expected to open in FY 2027.

Lemon Tree Hotel, Udaipur, will feature 54 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a meeting room, a swimming pool, and a fitness center. The Maharana Pratap Airport is approximately 18 kms while the Udaipur City Railway station is 9 kms from the property. The hotel is also well-connected by road, making it accessible by both public and private transport.

Lemon Tree Hotels is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms.
