KPI Green Energy surges on signing MoU with Government of Rajasthan



KPI Green Energy is currently trading at Rs. 796.55, up by 33.20 points or 4.35% from its previous closing of Rs. 763.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 792.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 801.50 and Rs. 780.00 respectively. So far 16814 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1116.00 on 12-Aug-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 406.87 on 21-Dec-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 830.00 and Rs. 760.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 10342.01 crore. 

The promoters holding in the company stood at 48.77%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 11.44% and 39.79% respectively.

KPI Green Energy has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Rajasthan for the development of Hybrid, Solar & Wind Power Projects at Jaisalmer (Ramgarh), Rajasthan.

The Government of Rajasthan would facilitate the Organisation/Company to obtain necessary permissions/clearance etc. from concerned departments of the State as per the existing policies/rules and regulations of the State Government. By signing this MoU, the company demonstrate its mutual commitment to the growth of the renewable energy sector and its vision for a sustainable, clean energy future.
